sunroof closing issues - help please

sunroof closing issues - help please
A few weeks back, I shut off my 2001 c240 while the roof was closing on accident.... now, all it will do is pop up the moonroof, and immediately close again. I thought it was just a sync problem, but it WILL NOT resync according to the instructions in the manual. If I push the button to open the roof and hold it, the roof simply opens fully, then re-closes immediately


any help?

Hand crank?
Try closing it with the manual crank and then see what happens.
