MB Roadside !!! Awesome !

I managed to pop my tires this morning going to work. It was the worst feeling ever !! I was so afraid my wheels would be damaged. DPE Wheels are strong !! They are not even bent !! I had to have rolled on the rim for half a mile down of freeway off ramp.

To make it worst i didnt have a spare. I took it off to put a sub in there. Thanks to MB Roadside for their help. Now i know why i bought a benz ! They came and put my car on a flatbed. Thanks!!

Have any of you used MB roadside assistance?

I used it on my w202 a few times for a jumpstart and they were great. They didn't even accept my tip and they even had a battery in-stock in the car to replace mine with for like around $115.

Good stuff, that's why I don't have AAA.

That looks hot! What is that a 1 and a half/ two inch drop in the rear!

Just kiddin! Yeah MB roadside is great, and free for the lifetime of the vehicle regardles of ownership. I wish VW offered the same service for my brothers car! Next time he calls I'm gonna answer with "Volkswagen roadside assistance, how may I help you with your schitbox today"

A bucket on wheels
yup i used it. Once last year when i had a flat. They came out and replaced it. And once last week. Car wouldn't start (battery completly dead). They tried to charge it but ended up replacing it on the spot with a new one. Both times i offered them a $20 and they wouldn't take it. Very classy

Yea it was wierd that he didnt take my tip. Awesome but wierd. It was very pleasent knowing someone would come out to help you if you ever needed it. Great job benz !!

The guy even came out on a alabaster white E55 AMG wagon. I was like wow. While he was working on my car, i was checking his car out. He was from KEYES Mercedes Benz. I wished i had his job. Fix cars all day and cruise in a new E55

glad you got the service asap.. I used Roadside assistance last month when the battery terminal connection died and the service person came within one hour and fixed the problem... very prompt and helpful.

I would rate RoadSide Assistance much better then actually going to the dealership. I got much better service and attention.

Is the roadside service different from the tele-aid thing? I never signed up for it (2nd owner). Would they send roadside service if I pushed the sos button? Or does it not work since Im not subscribed?

I believe its different. I just called the 800 number and they dispatched someone near my area. I waited for 20 mins. If i would have called a friend, i would have waited 2 hours haha. He came in a nice car with a great attitude and fixed my problem in 5 mins and was off. He didnt accept my tip. He just wrote me an invoice that said 1st 30 mins are free. Anytime after that he would have to bill me. Service was top notch.

I thought they were going to give me a hard time because i had custom wheels and not the stockies. I guess that doesnt matter.

Rims are in great shape. Im so shocked. Not bent in any way. I got new tires and they guy didnt even know i had an accident. Thanks for everyones reply.
I just wanted to make sure everyone knew about this service. Next time you get in a jam. Call roadside !!
