bleed brakes and ABS

I made a mistake and bleed my brakes with the key in the on position. I think I have let in air into my ABS system. Can someone tell me how i can completely rebleed the whole system

ive never done it before, but here's instructions. I think you can just buy a mityvac brake bleed kit and some oem dot 4 brake fluid.

there's a thread in there on DIY Brake Changes, and i'm sure those who posted in that thread are more knowledgeable about DIY brake-bleeding and can help you out.
