Door Seal
My drivers side door seal is coming loose at the bottom of the door. Young mentioned in another thread he was going in for warranty work for a door seal. Is this a known problem? My search results were not too helpful. I was planning on having mine replaced by the dealer at my "A" service in another 1300 miles.

here's a pic of mine. i just realized, one day, that i could see yellow at the door. i wondered if that was supposed to be like that. so when i went to the dealer, i just asked them to look at it. he said that the adhesive was gone and that they would replace the seal.

All the coupes have this little problem. It is a one piece seal that is slit. The yellow you see behind is a mounting flange. If you look at the sides you will see a pink mounting flange. Sure they can replace it but once the rubber starts sagging a bit you will see the yellow again. I don't think this is a defect it is just inherent in the design of the seal. And it does not degrade the seals ability to function like it should.
