Air conditioning smells like Mold/Mildew

Hello guys hope everyone had a happy holiday!!!
Its been about 2 months sience i had my car deoderized or whatever MB call's it...Here in sunny south Florida ive been useing my a.c alot and ive noticed that the pina colada smell went away and its back to the mold/mildew smell again....I brought it to Gulf stream motors of palm beach where there service like 300 cars a day no joke...they told me that the reason why is because i smoke and the niccotene is corroding my a.c chamber ...what a crock!!!! i was like wtf ..so i talked to the service manager and hes going to replace my whole a.c unit and refresh my vents so hopefully this will work the second time..its so embarrising when some friends get in to my so called MERCEDES!! and its smells worser than a 88 oldsmobile..lol ill post a update...

Mold overnight!
So I brought in my CLK to fix a chirping noise. Car was running great, but for some reason they ended up keeping it for 3 days to fix the chirp. When I finally picked it up, the chirping was louder than ever, now I can hear the idler pulley making a funny noise, and what's worse, I have a new moldy smell that was never there before. Next time I'll live with the chirp!
They tampered with the heater box and A/C unit to fix the chirp, but I'm not sure why that suddenly caused a moldy smell in the course of three days. Any ideas? I'm going to go to another dealership to see if they can fix all these new problems (ie. to see if they can make it even worse!)

My '10 E350 did/does this. Dealer replaced the cabin air filter under warranty. It fixed it for now. Car only has 15k miles. Smell was like stinky feet. I hope the stink does not come back. Anyone know how to access the cabin air filter? I may want to spray some disinfectant on it once and awhile.
