Diamond Head backdrop
I was taking a friend around from Cali this afternoon and decided to snag a photo opportunity. It was already dusk, so the lighting isn't that great...but I think Diamond Head in the background looks really nice. I was surprised there weren't more tourists though...normally it's packed and I can never find a spot to take photos.

Because of your posts, I got mine too!...LOL...although, lots of people are bugging me for not having a digital camera...hahaha...Don't worry guys, my birthday is comin' up and Christmas, so it's quite possible this will be on my "wish" list.

EKY...pics look dope, btw! Should've taken some from the rear view of the car to show those taillights!...Nice background, regardless.

EKY, definitely take some more Hawaiian background shots with a taillight view. I don't think I can wait for Drex to get his digi.
how much does this type of MOD cost ~ lights and installation?

I even got a chance to talk to the manufacturers www.factoronegarage.com who were at the meet and selling these for cheaper than available online. They told me that the reason they put the running light on the inside was because they were trying to match how they are on the S-Class. Only problem was this put the rear foglight on the bottom-outside of the taillights, instead of bottom-inside. I flipped the sockets and I feel it looks a lot better.
Still working on looking at the wiring scheme to see if it's possible to have the entire bottom row of lighting stay on as running lights and keep functionality of the foglights.
I'll hopefully be able to use my cousin's camera to take more pics after I get my "new" roof wing spoiler put on (hopefully this weekend).
Sorry to jack your thread EKY. Back to the beautiful Hawaii background!...Man, I wish I were there right now. It's gloomy as hell in LA.

haha... anytime, glad I could help guys!
the lights do look much better in person, the pic doesn't do them justice (and, it doesn't help that I can't take pics for **** either).
EKY, those are some great pics. Diamond Head is awesome. I loved the hike up (except for trying to crawl through that rock by the top).
and, I guess I'll chime in with a photo too, this is one of my fav pics, I took it at the top of Diamond Head in August. Hawaii was coo...

Thanks for the compliments guys. As for the mods..I have ...
-Parktronic front/rear
-power folding mirrors
-CL style grille/flat hood emblem
-S-class style LED tails which I converted the pins to fit the '05 harness.
Steve is still going to send me the USDM strips with parktronic holes in them custom made. Just waiting for those to arrive.
chkdg8..diamond head is right on the outskirts of Waikiki. It's a fairly easy hike..except as you read, there's some tight spots you need to go through. The view is deffinetly worth the short hike though!
