I was torn between getting it in stick or in auto and i ended up getting it in auto. I know i know big mistake but crappy LA traffic would have drove me nuts shifting gears every 5 seconds
Got it for a few hundred under invoice out the door.
Mods to come...
Brabus door lock pins
Brabus Illuminated stick
Black alcantra/suede headliner
Maybe suede inserts in some parts of the seats ala c55
Debadge (still thinking this one over, kind of like the clean look)
Euro Impact strips (a must!)
15% tints

When i get some more money maybe some nice 19" DPE/HRE/iforge with a black center and polished lip
questions:
I got the DVD nav, what does it take to play movies or watch tv while in motion? It is deffinatly not something i plan on doing but its pretty tite just to have.
Car is going to replace my c230 sports coupe.
8 weeks to go
I don't know how the amg guys do it.

My understanding of the DVD (digital versital disc) deck on the COMAND is only for DVD-ROMs and cannot play a movie DVD. There is no sound hardware for decoding film sound files, and I would guess that the scan rate of the screen is not compatible with NTSC video. There is no tuner in the car, nor an antenna capable of receiving broadcast television.
Another rub is California and other states do not allow TV receivers forward of the rear of the drivers seat. Exception is made for navigation devices, glass c0ckpit displays, and cameras for reversing.

I agree with you on the phil and kove situation. Dr buss is already rich but if those two click well then hed be even richer

there is a TV tuner you can get. it is placed in the trunk and then with it attached to your car, you can watch DVD's or normal TV. Just saw one get installed today. Picture quality was awsome.
Dr. patel (Sunman here on the forums) can do it in conjunction with Steve, and he does great work. Check it out:
