I don't think that's a dealer emblem. Looks to me like a Washington Red Skins logo, or Brunelleschi's avatar... LOL!

Don't apologize for having a stock car. 99.9% of all MBs are stock. The remainder are the crazy car nuts here. (Not a bad thing at all)

I could be wrong but according to those wheels and exhaust, that jetta has 1.8T which pump out 180 hp. Older versions of 150hp 1.8T didn't have exhaust tips cutouts. if that benz is C240, I'd say it's toast. C230K would be probably in same range as 1.8T

Good guess. The MB is a 230K SS, the Jetta is a stage two turbo and kicks the crap out of the MB (The Jetta stock is 180 HP 200 Tq, at stage two it's about 240 HP, 290 Tq)

wow, what a sleeper. debaged and stock wheels. also, doesn't look like it's lowered at all. I bet whole bunch of ricers try to race and have no idea what they are going against. I love it!!!!!

Indeed. I feel like I've added (or at least gotten back) about 25 HP since it's cooled way off down here. It's odd how badly the 1.8t suffers from the heat. Plus my numbers are at the crank, so there is some tranny loss, and it's FWD, so I can break it loose most of the way though second - ah to have an LSD.

I don't get this whole obsession with rims/bodykits/remove 3-point star/etc..

I for one think MB cars are great looking as they rolled of the line.. Stock.

ECU's another thing now

i agree with you, that why my mods are OEM!

if i change something, its something the manufacturer changed or had as an option.

there are things like spacers and lights bulbs ill throw in, but everything else OEM.
