19 year old kid sold me an exhaust for a w203 .. when he claimed it was for a w208.. we discussed for over 2 hours the mod on my car and how it would work sound fit etc. he said it was for a w208 and basically owned me into buying the exhaust because he couldn't sell it to anyone else and he was overdue on his rent..

it gets better..

i sent him money last thursday he didn't sign back online until sunday.. anyhow in the meantime i got a little worried so i researched some of his posts and found out that he the exhaust he had was actually for a w203.. so on sunday when i comfront him about this he says oh 'it will prob. work for a w208' so i tell him i dont want it anymore.. he tells me he had already shipped it on saturday and has already taken the money out to pay for his rent because his mommy (who's mercedes he actually drives) stopped paying it...

i tell him when i recieve the item i'm gonna have his address and he's gonna catch an *** whipping.. anyhow he signs offline like a little ***** and doesn't sign back online till monday.. pastes me the shipping info and signs back offline real quick.. i check the tracking he didn't ship the item till monday..

so even though i told him on sunday that i can't use the exhaust.. and even though on sunday i told him i'd like a refund.. he went ahead and shipped the item on monday anyhow.. like a little ****ing *****..

whats better is.. i get the item yesterday.. the return address is to the ups store in his city.. the return phone number is also the ups store.

wow a little deceptive dont you think.. if anyone has info on this kid i'd really like it.. if mods could post me one of his ips i'd really like it.. i'd like to be able to have my laywer get in contact with him as soon as possible.. thanks in advance..

not to defend him, but i thought the w203 and the w208 had many of the EXACT same parts... and exhaust was possibly one of them. ALSO, which part of the exhaust did you buy? headers, cats, mufflers, the entire package?

were both vehicles 320's?

i have a 430.. his parents had a c320.. its completly different i called up eisenmann and they said it would not work without some heavy modifications..

how much you looking to spend i got someone else interested but they said they have to setup a new paypal account etc.. i'd rather not sell to a non verified pp account and cause more headaches..
