Looks like AMG IV 2pc 18"? I've been looking at those rims and wondering how it's gonna look like in a 05' black sedan. Thanks for showing these pics!

Well, essentially the technique is holding out the camera but I suppose there are a couple of other manual/focal length settings & lenses that get the picture the way it is - one of those is shutter speed and a wide angle lens. One of my pasttimes is photography... Anyway, the benz one of my favorite subjects (besides the lady folks)
. The wheels are indeed Bremmas from Neal.
I have a bunch of more pix, but here are a few more using that side/motion angle.

The Photography is awesome! I use to do the same thing back in the high school days with black and white. The real black and white 35mm film not the fancy new stuff digital cameras do now.

Dude, your style of photography is phat! My current photographer very much resembles your style of shooting and it took me years and half the town to find him. I like how you incorporate your ride with your other passion as well. Very nice pictures!Originally Posted by ericnovember

wow! those pics are INSANE!
great pics man!
I'd be too much of a wuss to hold my camera out while driving... and, I don't think I'd get great results anyway...
another 05 with 19's! HOTT! the more I see em, the less I want to lower mine... :p

I'm really interested in photography as a hobby. Do you do this professionally or just for fun? Where did you learn your methods?

Beautiful photos and great car! Based on the angle of the photos, I am guessing you are about 15 inches tall?!?!?

How'd you guess I was only a little over a foot tall?! The secrets out, dammit! It's a total pain when I get in my car - you can see my point of view below...
As for my equipment, it's a mix of DSLR and one of Sony prosumer digicams with lens attachments. I'm going to try and do some more night photography (as that what I primarily focus on - excuse the pun) with the benz.
Where did I learn this? Practice practice practice...
I'm just an amateur but I'm about to move to NYC so I won't get a chance to take many more pix of my car for a while.

OK, I really should stop posting pictures or this thread's going to take too long to load...

I got the grille from formymercedes.com. Good prices. Evidently the newer ones they carry have a more robust sheath for the hood release latch. Mine broke during installation.

I just started getting into photography about a year ago. If you want to get into it, the best DSLR you can get for under $1000 Is the Canon Digital rebel XT. I got it and i love it, im planning on getting another one.
I havent had a chance to do this to my car, i just got it! lol!
Man, i love your pics!!! I like the black&white, that is my style, half of the pics i take i put in black&white, it looks so good, but you revoloutionized it!!!
