c55 lip spoiler for c230 ss (HELP)

c55 lip spoiler for c230 ss (HELP)
I just ordered my C Class lip spoiler for my 2005 C230 SS. I wanted to make sure it was the C55 lip spoiler, but they couldnt pull up a picture. I told them I wanted to C55 one. They used my vin# and ordered my spoiler. Will I get the C55 one or is it a C Class lip for the C230?

I assume that you are ordering a Factory one. If so, then you most likely will get the C230/240 one if they used your VIN number.
When I got my C55 trunk wing at the beginning of this past summer, I had to use my buddy's C55 VIN number to order it as the dealers system would not allow the sale of the C55 wing to a non C55 vehicle.
They may have changed it since then...

Great just what I thought! The good thing is I didnt pay for it yet. Yeah they wanted $395 not painted at my mercedes dealer ship. Looks really good APPLE. I want mine to look just like that.
Hey Jan Ken Po how is that one. Ive heard mixed opinions about after market ones? Like not fitting exactly or color kinda matching. What company did you buy it from and was it indeed the c55 one?

how is the paint quality? does it look pretty close to factory? in one of the pics it looks like the right side fitment is kinda off or more raised.

The paint quality looks pretty good. Not quite as glossy as the cars, but like I said, I'm not overly picky so I'm satisfied. Don't think it will be something that will be highly noticeable unless you eyeball the hell out of it from 4inches away.
The fitment is off just cause I jus propped it up there. Might be slightly warped just being shipped but nothing that a lil rewarping won't cure. I don't think will be a major issue.
