Clear lenses poll . . .
Just curious what the average C class owner thinks about clear lens on the lamps. I personally do not care for them all that much. I have noticed, though, that some here tend to switch them out.

Although I'm away at college summer school for the moment, I asked my sister to get the clear side-markers on my C230 installed, and she was so amazed by the difference she wants to put a similar pair on my mom's S500! She tells me over the phone that the white is a lot cleaner-looking when viewed from the outside. I must agree, because the front headlight assembly is clear, and having clear side-markers accentuates that. Definitely a recommended buy at <$30!

I don't like clear corners on a black car either. I want some smoked corners. But then again, they don't exist yet, at least to my knowledge! Well, I guess I could get some clear ones and spray them with that tinting stuff, but I dont' want to go through all that hassle.
