hi guys. i asked in the c32 section. i have that annoying '1 malfunction' about me not having teleaid. i do not want it. i know the first year is free... but i dont want it period. and i dont think i should be extorted into taking it to not see the error message.
anyone find a solution to this???

Are you saying that you are getting this message now? I cancelled my teleaid and never got a malfunction message. However, when I first bought the car, I used to get this message before I had the chance to set it up.
If you are getting this message after cancelling, I would think the dealer could reset it for you.

i never took the free teleaid. the car is brand new. and i have the error every single day. i called mbusa and my dealer, neither of them can get rid of it, or so they claim.

Either that or you can activate the service and then call the next day to cancel it.

i'll try the 'help' idea, thanks.
i have read every thread about this, and many people report that it comes back after a while of being unactive.
