Quick Question?
So why does our car's have 192hp 200lb-ft and a top speed of around 133?? The engines are the same. What is different?
The Euro cars do not have the electronic speed limiters found in North American cars. The top speed of Euro spec C230k's is aerodynamically limited.

They do, at 240 km/h

The C230K is not electronically limited in Europe. The speedlimitation on many cars is 250km/h but the C230K will not reach that.

Sorry, didn't pay attention: 250km/h is the Euro speed limitation, not 240. But with the a pulley upgrade the c coupe is quite capable of doing that

I am no expert, but I don´t think a pulley alone would make a coupe go faster than 250km/h
So, for instance, going from 130 to 150 mph would require (150/130)^3 or about 1.54x as much horsepower (or maybe about 300 hp.)
Assuming you don't get rpm-limited.
So the pulley might not get you a higher top speed but it will get you there faster.

I know that (theoretically) maximum (drag-limited) speed goes up to the cube root of the horsepower.
So, for instance, going from 130 to 150 mph would require (150/130)^3 or about 1.54x as much horsepower (or maybe about 300 hp.)
Assuming you don't get rpm-limited.
192 * (250/240)^2 = 208HP.
The cube would give 226HP, which is still feasible.
RPM may be an issue, though, as 250km/h in 6th gear would be in the 5800 RPM area.
