19" with 5mm spacers to clear BBK
i was required to use 5mm spacers for the front on 19x8.5 with an ET+32. based on a lot of STFF, this offset should clear the big brake calipers without spacers. here are my questions ...
1) do you think MB changed the BBK on 2006 W203 Sport Sedan?
2) should i be concerned eventhough it's hubcentric?
TIA

Might need the spacers to clear your shocks. Brakes for 05 and 06 are the same. You're fine since your spacers are hub centric, which eliminates any vibration to the steering wheels. Congrats on your new wheels.

What kind of spacers did you get that work on the front? For some reason the spacers I ordered from bekkers won't fit over the longer hub on the front, so I'm using them on the rear.

I have 3mm spacers/centering rings all around, and I think that I'm fine.

Hm... strange. Didn't think the caliper would ever hit the wheel when it's hot. Again, I could be wrong. Well all in all, if the spacers are hubcentric and you got longer bolts then you're all good. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
Let me know about the exhaust Mike. Thanks.

nlpamg -- thanks.
not sure what you meant. but, here's picture of the caliper clearance with 5mm spacers and +32 offset wheels (so it says).

I was in NC for the holidays and saw a guy in a 05 w203 with some 18" bling wheels, I swear he must have had 25mm spacers on the front wheel, it was sticking out past the fender, and the rear was sunken in! lol
As long as your car doesnt look like THAT, your A-OK with me! LOL
Looks like WORK VS-XX wheels?

the heat rotor and pads generate is not high enough to make the caliper expand and touch the rims.
I haven't see the pic of your car with those wheels? what brand are they anywayz?

The wheels looks cool, but too bad it doesn't fit correctly without spacer. I think the problem you are having with the BBK clearance is because the offset of the wheel is wrong. I have talked to a few different rim shop before about finding wheels that would fit my w203 with BBK. But according to the guys at Factor One Garage, you can't just base on the offset of the wheels to determine the clearance for the BBK. From what they told me, there is actually 2 different mesurement or so call offset on the wheels. There is an offset for the face(aka: back spacing) of the wheel, and an offset of the barrel of the wheel. My guess is, the wheel you have has incorrect offset(aka back spacing) for your car.
