ESP problems???

ESP problems???
I know my suspension could need some bushings at this moment or could need a to be tightened up, but one thing I'm sure, my ESP or ASR is working a lot in bumpy roads at moderate speeds and not accelerating,only roalling, (the wheels or some back wheel is jumping a lot or something like that and every time the wheel jump, the ASR is working!!!) and the problem is I'm noticing the ESP not working very whell when its need to...
Some days ago, I almost speen around (in a circular intersection, I don't know the english name!) doing +-30mph and allways turning left, but sudently the car starts to oversteer (wet road and good surface) and ESP turns ON one time and thats it, I continue to slide and I have to manage the car control all by myself, almost crashing to the center of the intersection at so low speeds!!!
Never happened to me, and ESP saved me a lot of times but this time I don't know what hapenned!!!
I checked my shocks and are ok
Maybe a ESP control unit upgrade??? But what I'm going to tell to my dealer?
