Door Panel Removal instructions?

Door Panel Removal instructions?
Well I want to install new speakers in my coupe but the following thread is the only thing I can find on it:

It just doesn't seem to be very detailed though. For example, in the first step of removing the SRS airbag panel from the door....am I just suppose to grab the thing and pull hard? I sort of tried this but didnt' pull 'too' hard for fear of breaking something...
if anyone has done full door panel removal could you post a little better instructions please and maybe even pictures if it would be beneficial...I would appreciate it along with other people I think. Thanks
