Newest project in the house: W203
So my sister got rid of her W202 and picked up a 2002 C240 W203. She had it for about two weeks, and so far has put the top of the line Eclipse double din 6.5" touchscreen DVD/MP3/Navigation unit, with custom fiberglass enclosure for the dash, along with a Raytell bluetooth handsfree kit with full voice dialing (that thing is so bad ***...and expensive!).
Today I took the car to TWS and got 19x8.5 all around Moven S5R (Carlsson 2/5 style) black wheels w/ polished lips. 235/35/19 BFGoodrich KDW2 tires all around.
For the drop, H&R cup kit. No pads.
The car looks uneven because in the trunk and backseat I had 4 wheels and a full suspension, so it was slammed. I'm a bit dissapointed on how the front sits, but it has yet to settle.
Here are some pics I took tonight w/ my cell phone:
ZERO Rub, no rolled fenders, no spacers.
next mods: tint, Bixenons, S-class style LED taillights, subs, color coded sidemarkers, bodykit and exhaust.
I'll get better pics later.

so your sister saved a lot for not getting a C320 in exchange for C240 cosmetics?

Godfather, that unit is awesome. Was it an exact fit in the dash where radio and empty space are? Where did the bluetooth get mounted? What happens to the OEM 6 CD player can it be intergrated? Please post pics if possible. Thanks

Godfather, put a #1 pad on the rear and I think the front will settle just a little more. Once the front settles and you have a #1 pad on there, I think it'll look alright...then again, I'm not sure you can use a MB spring pad w/ the cup-kit...hmmm.
Looks great though. No matter what engine, the w203 looks nice when fixed up!...That's funny, cuz I was at TWS yesterday too!...Just had to drop some fundage off w/ Sander to wait on my new toys coming in a couple months.

Anyway, there are 4 rims, 4 tires, 4 shocks, 4 springs in the backseat and trunk. That's why it's so much lower in the back than the front. It'll all settle 1/2 inch anyway, so it won't be that bad.

Oh, okay. It should be fine then. didn't realize there were also springs and shocks in the backseat. I thought it had aftermarket springs on, but just the rims and tires were in the rear (which is a lot of weight anyway).
That's dope that your sis mods her cars. The w202 looked very nice! Why didn't she just stick with the Monoblock VI's for the 203?
