Glad things worked out well for ya no_wur_e
I knew these forums would come through for ya
Are you going to change the light that is on the trunk? Has anyone done that before? (its probably darker than the LEDs?).
General question: Why are there more plugs/pins on the left hand side than the right hand side?
this sounds like a fun mod to do

looks sweet fit pretty well, the only thing thats a little off is the left tail light the outer lower bulb is a little stronger than all the other ones...you can kind of notice from the pictures...and i do apologize didnt have a camera ready to go so its a phone camera...sorry! but does anyone have any ideas why its brighter? i noticed some talk about switching bulbs out to smaller ones. Can someone clear that up for me? i didnt really understand exactly what happens there.

Anyway, I got them to work after listening to this combination of wiring:

I will give you guys some pics when I get a chance. But I really like the look compared to the stock setup. Oh yeah, I'm using the NON-LED version.

I'm basically trying to do the opposite, change the connector from 6 to 7 pins. I have a 2002 W203 C320 Sedan and want to upgrade to the 05 tail lights. I have the new original 05 tails but they're 7 Pin & my current connector is 6 pin.
I'm guessing I can just swap the 6 pin connector for a 7 pin, right?
I really want both running lights to light up like on the 05 models, should this work on an '02? I was hoping this would be a really easy mod
I bought it at a local Rite-Aid drug store, look in the feminine manicure section.
