Rear side window sunscreen..
Has anyone bought these as a factory option for their C-Class sedan? I was wondering on how they attach, fit, and quality. Do they roll up/down, clip on, or one piece and use suction cups (yuck)? They list for over $90 per side. Thanks.

I have these and I like them. They are OEM, they dont roll up/down, they attach using a clip. They are easy to attach and remove and the fit is very good, they cover the whole window. I think I bought it from the dealership for less than $90 per side, they are cheaper if you bought them as a factory option when you got your car. If you want pictures of it let me know and I'll take some.

Your right, I had the wrong price. BTW, how well can you see out of them? Do you take them off/on often, or just leave them on? It looks like a rigid frame around mesh, clipped on in two places. Is that right? Thanks for the photo.

Visibility isn't that bad. I usually put them on when we get more sunshine. It's been glooy lately but I tried to include a "blind spot" view to show you how much visibility there is. It does give the car a "tinted" look for the rear passengers and some even say they can't see outside.

Looks cool. Anyone know if this clip on is available for W220. I tried to get a car with the roll-up shade option. But due to time constraints I took a car without the rear shade option.

Aside from being right about the Bluetooth kit, let me honestly discourage you from installing those side sunshades. The way they fit / attach to the lower part of the door will end up damaging the door sill. They clamp on very tight and may damage your door. Unfortunately, there is no option to have them work like the Audi sunshades which fit inside the door sill.

Part Numbers are found when going to Equip My MB/Parts & Accessories / Vehicle Accessories within Owner's Online. Click Accessorize your C-Class now, then Vehicle Care & Protection, Rear-Window Fixed Sun Blind.
Part Numbers: Rear Right: B6 669 1227, Rear Left B6 669 1228, MSRP is $58 for each one.
Again, I wouldn't buy these, I returned them after I figured out how they attached.

picked them up tonight and installed... took an hour and it was not fun at all. i think giving birth to a child would have been less painful. my fingers feel like they're broken from trying to pry these clips in between the door trim and glass. the clips are way too tight but it's installed and it looks pretty hot, like i have 15% tint in the rear.

my bad guys for not providing a trick/tip I learned from doing it.. I used a flathead screwdriver wrapped with a piece of cloth to apply the clips onto the door panel. It was also recommended to put a piece of tape where you want to put the clip so it doesnt scratch/damage the panel.
