Does anyone know the expected range for fuel consumtion increases (or will fuel consumption remain neutral) when we do performance upgrades like putting in a performance manifold or a high flow air filter or even pulley kits (with KBox Kleeman) for M271 and M111 engines ? Thanks.

 

I got an ECU reprogram, a pulley kit, and a fuel pressure regulator - in general, when pottering about, fuel consumption isn't really affected. But open the throttle in any meaninful way and it really starts to get bad... I've seen as much as a 30-40% increase when charging hard. Day to day driving (mainly city driving with mix of light and heavy right foot) resulted in an overall 20% increase.

Ain't no such thing as free power....

 

Hold the gas down and watch the fuel drop . Let the girl drive it? Priceless. For everything else.. well.. Mastercard.
