not hard at all. i can only assume that an installation of a comand unit is the same as the installation of an audio 10 HU, so check out my install instructions:

The installation of a command system is nothing like the installation of any other radio system. I just completed an installation of a command system into my c230 and it was quite an experience. First make sure you obtain the correct command system. Next make sure you find the best installer in your area (if you are in the San Francisco Bay area I can suggest a great installer). Next contact richard (@rpa@ibex.co.uk ) for help. He is the guru in installing these systems. He will be able to answer any question you might have
My system is working great but not at great expense (over $500.00 for installation and $2100.00 for the command system). The installer is the key. Find a good one.
