ESP indicator

Hey all,

I have a 2001 C240 with about 75000 miles on it... My ESP light has been coming on (for a good while) virtually every time I get in my car. It seems to be triggered by turns at higher rates of speed... such as the O shaped freeway onramps, and things like that.... Occasionally it'll come on while driving down the freeway on a minor bend, or even turning in or out of my subdivision.

Whenever I take it to the dealer, they cannot find a fault code. Apparently it is the type of problem which resets itself each time you restart the car... They've scanned it at least 5 different times with no luck. I've even taken the car in while the light was on, and left it running so they could hopefully check it while the warning was there....

Any thoughts as to what the problem is?

Hi guys.. thanks for the replies.. took me a few days to get back because my computer crashed...

My tires are in good shape, but I may have a low one... that thought had crossed my mind, but I wasn't sure if that had an effect on the ESP system.... I'll check the pressure in all of them and go from there.
