I tried searching so please dont STFF me too fast...
I want a grille like in the picture below, but I dont need carbon fiber. Anyone have a clue? Thanks

I'm very curious how one would go about making a grill like that???? I have the CL grill from 4Mymercedes.com but would love to make my own custom out of billet or plastic. Any ideas how to start??? Wood mock up maybe???

that's made from a Expression grille. cut out the star, remold, and CF overlay. Originally Alwin's grille now on my friend's car.

I know that I could do that, but I would really like to try to make one myself. Just not sure how to start. I do a lot of wood working and have some metal experience, but know nothing about plastic or graphite.
