Dallas Meet?
Anyone from Dallas wanna have a meet????? I've never even been to one, it would be cool to meet up with fellow W203 owners and cruise/chill.

Dallas Meet on April 22nd
Ok, here is my suggestion...
Let's meet at a parking lot in Dallas around 2 PM. My suggestion, the Bone Daddy's Parking lot (75 and Spring Valley). Chill there/mingle/take pictures for about an hour. Then around 3 PM we take a nice drive down 75 south, up 30 west, to downtown Ft. Worth and have linner (lunch/dinner) at Joe T. Garcia's.
Your thoughts?

Bone Daddy's in Richardson sounds great, I go their for lunch frequently, It's like a grown-up's version of Hooters, either that or the Waitresses are in traning for one of the local gentlemen's establishments

Joe T. Garcia's will be packed...as usual...if we're more than 4, it'll take hours to be seated... What about some kind of big chain restaurant? We can keep Mexican... The food won't be as good, but it might be easier for seating. I am not familiar enough with Fort-Worth to pick something else though.

And worse case senario, if we have to wait...that is more time in the parking lot talking about our cars...HA...

Late to the party as usual...
I have been lurking around and trying to start a local group of MB owners since November '05.. I just did not know where to look for intrest. I started this sub-forum in hopes of doing what you guys are talking about here...

Anyways, now that I know about MBW , I'll try and come here as well..
Ideas that have worked for me in the past w/ NTAG ( North Texas Audi Group ) have been:
Monday night GTG's:
1. Flying Saucer in Addison off Beltline 9pm every Monday night
2. Two Rows Starting to be every Monday night at 7:30pmin N.Dallas off the Tollway and Trinty Mills exit ( Southbound side )
I have planned and guided many Sunday Morning Drives, that usually leave the Plano area around 9am once a month. I have various routes that take back country roads and end up a various " good eats " ( City Limits, Babe's, Joe T's , etc )
We also have several other events , like this one this weekend ( http://mbca.cartama.net/showthread.php?t=11286 ) I know it's late notice but everyone is still invited to go.!!!
Also, if anyone is interested, I have driving events out at Motor Sports Ranch once a quarter. Usually I have a maximum of 16 cars , it is NOT racing school, more, go out and learn how your car handles at speed, etc, with out tearing your car up , kind of event.
