Not in the same league. There are many other vehicles to compare either car to neither of these qualify. IS 250/350, Audi A4, BMW 325/330, Volvo
S60R, G35 etc. Subaru??

For acceleration and handling, the Subie is awesome. It's also loud, tinny and feels cheap in some respects. (Listen to the sound when you close the trunk lid.)
I lived with my Subaru for 9 months, before trading it in on another Benz.
Both decent cars. Depends on your tastes and priorities.
