I Need Some Info On Wheels And Tire Ratios And the Science For My C230 Sedan ????

In reality, there is often a few percent difference, but not enough to worry about. Of course, selecting wider tires (the thickness of the doughnut, not its outside diameter) may be part of the upgrade, to get more rubber on the road. But this is independent of outside diameter.
As an example, a 215/50R17 has an outside diameter of 25.5" while a 225/40R18 has an outside diameter of 25.1". This is a 1.5% deviation, and is a suitable "+1" fitment. 235/35R19 has an outside diameter of 25.5" and might be a suitable "+2" fitment. Note that these sizes are just for illustrative purpose and have nothing to do with any Mercedes or other realworld car.
