They look like just the ticket to trap heat in the caliper. If you have upscale silver coated calipers excess heat turns them a pretty gold color because you burned the coating like a marshmello.
I would run the other way. Get a carbon fiber door sill cover if you feel the need for a bit of CF style.

they sell "brembo" caliper covers on ebay,
i suggest not getting them because they're foam and require adhesive to stick on, like said above, ur calipers gonna heat up

They sell the CF door pillar stick on ones on ebay. I Bought a set there. They tend to come off at the ends, at least mine did. Had them for over a year now and the finish is still glossy with no fade.

I'd get thes Brembo covers, but afraid if they would fit. All that measuring is not a for sure thing, especially from an ebay vendor. With normal driving I wouldn't fear overheating the calipers, track events would concern me. Any ideas on making certain these would fit the C class clipers.

Another thing, I don't think F1 cars have brakes that look anything like these. The advertisement is very misleading.
Instead of a group buy, we should have a class action lawsuit!
I wouldn't put these on my car even if you gave them to me for free.
wrong information
you are wrong my friend, these are not foam but a heat resistant abs, we have sold thousands and had less than 1 per cent problems ( caused by wrong fitment )

Doesn't the cover restrict normal service, like pad replacment, without cover removal? If so, doesn't that mean "popping" the cover off, followed by replacing the cover somehow, after the brake service? It is expected that the old adhesive would be removed somehow, then replaced with new foam double-sided tape.
The rear brake shape does not permit lots of surface area to adhere the cover, unless the cover has a complex interior shape that conforms to the caliper.
The concern I would have is the adhesive failing during vehicle operation. The rotational inertia would then be transferred, from the interior wheel surface, to the cover. It would then be possible for the loose high-speed cover to damage something important, like the brake line. That event could then cause problems for vehicle operation.
