Do we have an extra bulb?
So the other night, my left brake light got busted. As i was scrambling in the trunk trying to use another bulb in its place...i remember that i can use the rear fogs located at the left side since there is no right side fogs. To lazy to even think which bulb is the rear fogs i told myself ..
"The bulb placement that is missing on the right side is the rear fog bulb on the left side."
When i checked to compare, the right side had all the left side bulbs aswell. So does anyone know why mercedes put a useless bulb at the right side???? or is there a use for it?...other then an extra bulb i can use to replace busted ones...

The useless bulb is so that unknowing owners would say, "Hey! That's not symmetrical!", and complain to their dealer about it, and when they get no help, try to rewire the system themselves, perhaps blowing half the fuses and receiving a few nasty shocks in the process, possibly shorting out a critical power line that prevents the car from starting ever again...
