Trunk switched ignition problem.

Trunk switched ignition problem.
I am using the fuse in the trunk that everyone has indicated in previous threads (#7) to turn on my amps and recently installed CarPC
The problem I am having is for some reason that fuse lead after the car is turned off for about 30 minutes gets a brief signal. It only comes on for a few seconds but that few seconds causes my pc to come off standby and shut itself off. Why would this fuse be powered briefly after the car is turned off for that time span? Any thoughts of a better fuse to use?

I have another question if anyone can help me with this as well. I had to run a coax cable to the stock antenna at the front of the car and my reception is terrible. I wanted to confirm that the 06 model did not have a amplified antenna that need a 12 ign signal and to see if anyone knew a closer point on the rear deck that I could get to the antenna wire? Thanks for any help and when I get my CarPC running correctly I will share the detail with everyone.
