I have a 2002 C240 with wood interior trims... I would like to upgrade them to aluminum trim found just like in C230 Sport sedans. I found an aftermarket aluminum interior trims at www.mimousa.com also at Ebay.com. My question is, has anyone bought an aftermarket trims from this company? I just want to know how are the fitment and quality.

unfortunately, this is not really trim. This is basically a bunch of stickers that you put on your existing trim. Usually, they don't turn out very well.
I'm working on a MUCH better way. A friend of mine owns a local body shop and I've come across something that may just make my wildest fantasies come true! (if he can pull it off...)

You can find someone with a C230 that wants wood and swap panels or you can order the complete set from an MB dealer, I bet it's not that much, a few hundred.

when i started pricing this for my previous car 99 c230 by the time I got finished pricing the consol trim the cost was past $1k, that did not include the top dash strip and the door parts, only the center consol, radio surrounds and heated seats area portion...i ended up not doing this (obviously)Originally Posted by Buellwinkle
