I have a 2002 C240 with wood interior trims... I would like to upgrade them to aluminum trim found just like in C230 Sport sedans. I found an aftermarket aluminum interior trims at www.mimousa.com also at Ebay.com. My question is, has anyone bought an aftermarket trims from this company? I just want to know how are the fitment and quality.

unfortunately, this is not really trim. This is basically a bunch of stickers that you put on your existing trim. Usually, they don't turn out very well.

I'm working on a MUCH better way. A friend of mine owns a local body shop and I've come across something that may just make my wildest fantasies come true! (if he can pull it off...)

You can find someone with a C230 that wants wood and swap panels or you can order the complete set from an MB dealer, I bet it's not that much, a few hundred.

when i started pricing this for my previous car 99 c230 by the time I got finished pricing the consol trim the cost was past $1k, that did not include the top dash strip and the door parts, only the center consol, radio surrounds and heated seats area portion...i ended up not doing this (obviously)

i would take option 2 and swap with someone who wants your wood trim.
