When the car tells you too. Usually after 10K miles or about 14 months. Personally, I wouldn't go much past 2 years or 15 miles unless it was a lease vehicle. Because of this extended oil change interval, check your oil level frequently.

Just be sure to check to see if they use the fleece filter & 0w-40 oil during the change. If so, then you can round about another 10-12k tween changes. If they used then non-fleece filter & 10w-40 oil, then I wouldn't run past 5k.
