Anyone know if SS brake lines is even available for 2005+ models yet? Which company? If anyone has it I like to know where you purchased it from? Thanks!

 

I checked both Goodridge and Stoptech, and the most recent is 2003 for either of them. Though I'm fairly sure that it would work, I wouldn't trust it until the company had cleared them for use on your year. Looks like you'll have to wait a bit.

 

when i got StopTech rear rotors, i also thought about gettin' SS brake lines as well... back then, i was told by K1 that the part numbers are the same for 05+ C230 as well. so i'm pretty sure it'll fit.

 

Check with our forum owner, Evosport. If I remember correctly, they offered this in their AMG brake kit they put together in the past.

You could find out if lines from an 03 will work on your 05 just by calling the parts department at the dealer and asking them if the factory part number is the same. If so you are in.

My C Coupe is an 04 and I have the stainless lines from Stoptech. In fact, they worked fine with the stock calipers and also the factory Brembo upgrade I did.

 

StopTech part #s are 85-560-4500, 85-560-5500. And these work for 05 as well.

 

i have an 04 c230k ss, and im putting in a amg brake kit. do i order lines that fit that c230 or the c32?

part #s are same for both c230 and c32.
only the rears are different.
