One is a sedan and the other one is a SUV. I think it really depends on how you gonna use the car. The SUV is good for traveling in snow and more comfortable (spacious) in long trip driving. The sedan is good for every day commute and has better gas efficiency, plus it's new.

If i am a dad and gonna carry my family with kids, I would probably get the SUV. Otherwise, i would get the C350 cuz it's a much cooler car!

Hope this helps.

yeah, it really depends on what you need. I'd personally go with the C350, quicker, better gas mileage, cooler, smoother ride, and more solid than the ML. But if you need room, go with the ML.

is a Slow C
c350 vs Ml500

Both a totally different car.
If this is your only vehicle, I'll pick the c350 for the gas mileage and with gas prices nowadays I can't afford to fill up the SUV as a daily vehicle.
If this is your additional vehicle, I'll pick ML

If you can wait a month or two, the 07 models are coming out, which will look even cooler:

- AMG spoiler
- AMG dual tip exhaust
- digital climate control standard
- new design sport wheels

On the other hand all W203's are about to take a big hit in resale value next summer when the W204 comes out. The ML will not face a redesign for quite some time.

Is @ Home
did you get a chance to test drive both of them yet?

personally, i would go with the ML. where i'm from (boston) its very common to see c classes.

but...since this will be your car and since your going to be the one paying for it i don't think a forum can persuade you to make this big of a decision.

best of luck with your decision
