new fog light bulbs..anyone ever tried them?
ok so i used to have a civic and now i jus got a white 06 c230...ive used luminics bulbs before and they are very reasonably priced and good output of light and color..ive used the "jdm yellow" bulbs in my headlights for my civic..but i found some "ultra ion yellow" bulbs that are on sale at eautowerks by luminics..i have never seen these by luminics before but they were on sale for 18.99 so i picked up a pair for my fogs...they say they put out the intensity and color of lexus fogs..and are not recc for street use..but i said the heck with it..i drive a mercedes..they wont pull me over like they did with my civic...any whoo i was wondering if anyone has pics of ther fogs with these bulbs..if so please post pics..ill post some up after i receive and install em..thanks

Out Of Control!!
I have the JDM yellows as my fogs currently. They're pretty nice. Haven't heard of the ultra ion yellows, though.
Note: replacing your fogs is a royal pita (especially if you have a lip like I do - had to remove that to gain access to the bulbs). Try 'em out BEFORE you put everything back - would suck if you don't like them.

I was planning on going yellow HID from Carlab (they've got an HID kit - plug and play), but since I'm going to change the bumper at some point (hopefully sooner than later), I decided to wait.
