$ v $ - Is the C350 or C230

Trying to decide - In Aust the price is:
06 C350 = $100,490
06 C230 = $77,490
Is the C350 worth the extra $22K?

FYI - 06 C55 = $160,490

go and drive both ...

if you would rather have more performance and got the money - go with the C350

if you barely got the money for a C350 then go with the C230 and make it look like no other

if its worth the 22k you have to decide for yourself. own preference i think.

C230 is not a fast powerful car...but other than that, it handles and looks just like a C350. The fact that you see C230 quite a lot more than C350 on streets probably tells you something. I wouldn't go for C350 because I don't have a lot of money. But this is just me. And for you, the decision is yours.

If you can afford the 350 then get it. If you are going to mod the 230, get the 350 and live stock. I love my 230, but it has nothing.

Mercedes c200 elegance
Bear in mind that the cost of the C350 includes approx $19000 worth of options ie: command / sat nav, cd stacker, full leather, full electric/memory seats, metallic paint and ??4 zone climate control. Whether these justify the additional cost is up to you to decide.

If it were me, and I had that much to spend I'd go for the C350 or even a CLK280.

in the US, the C350 only includes the power/memory seat package as standard over the C230

lol - no kidding, I would have liked all that stuff (except command) for the same price difference.

I have a copy of the dealers spec sheet (not a soft copy though!) - will try & get a soft copy & post...

Sounds like the C350 Avantegarde/Elegance + Sport Pack is the go...

Though, the nice people at MB lent me a C55 for the day yesterday! WOW...

They are going to do the numbers for me as a company demonstrator - I have a choice of black (my 1st) or silver. The black one I had yesterday had done 3500km by the time I returned it (I accounted for about 500km)...
