The amount of "trash" you've thrown about these forums under the guise of numerous monikers means: 1) the pot is calling the kettle black; 2) You have more time on your hands than brains; 3) the more you try to circumvent forums rules, the more determined the membership is to publicly identify you so the staff can show you the door.
Regular members universally dislike you, your car, and your "participation" on these forums. Tom, demonstrate the courage of your convictions: Sell your Benz, buy a Porsche, and become "rediculous" trolling their forums. They need you over there.

I think it doesn't matter what brand or expensive the car maybe for problems that occur. Sometimes you are lucky and get the car that runs for 10 years without problems or 150K miles without any engine problems.
My previous cars would run till 100K miles without any major problems. Its a matter of luck too besides the quality of the car.
My Benz has been OK so far. I had minor problems that were fixable and I do drive hard on the car sometimes. I think the engine on the 05 and gearbox is quite good for the money. Sure my car isn't an AMG but I treat it the same way if I had an exotic.
