Well, I talked to Carlab a few times and he told me they were printing my shirt and were going to send it to me...which was totally cool, but I haven't heard from him in a while and he hasn't responded to a PM asking for a status on the order. I haven't lost faith, just want a status report...

From what I heard. they have been working on printing the shirts. As far as current status I am not sure. Everything was taken over by CarLab aka Darwin. I'm sure he's on it and I believe they will out of the shop today attending HIN in SoCal.

This isn't cool at all. I totally understand that companies get busy and items like shirts get set aside while larger orders take priority, but to not return messages, or respond to inquiries on this thread, or to make any contact whatsoever with any of us is not an acceptable means of doing business.

Granted it was only 40something dollars, if someone were to just come up to me and ask me to give them the money and not expect anything at all in return, I would definitley not go for it.

Perhaps if this behavior continues, MBWorld should consider dropping their sponsor status. Sure they paid their fees, but I don't think the activity of fradulently taking the forum's members' money is really in the spirit of the sponsorship status.

Guys,

Just off the phone with the guy that embordiered the shirts for me. He finished the shirts finally. He aplogized to me for not completing the shirts on time as he promised.

So here is the deal, He is in Sacramento right now, he will not be back till this Thursday. So the soonest i can ship you your shirts is on Friday.

For all the wait, i am willing to give you back the money and just throw the shirts in for free. I know you guys been waiting for so long for this and to tell you how much i appriciate you guys for all the support.

I will put in a $40 money order inside the box, and I will throw in the CarLAB Shirts as well

Once again I apologize for these delays. We have 2 guys working in the shop and most of the time we forgot about all these things. I hope you can undestand.

Regards

MJ50, You never asked me for a refund. Please don't try to make me look bad. For all I know you backed out from this GB.

BTW, I only have 2 people that paid and the money passed on to me. The first one is Brunelleschi and Darren B.

You should be talking to Jose about this. He said that you backed out and the money is refunded.

Anyway, You know that i won't hold on to $40.

Regards

My embroidered button up shirt came in yesterday and looks awesome. I am very much pleased. The CarLab T-Shirt was a nice suprise and very much apporiciated. It is a shame that communications broke down for a while, but I think Darwin handled it very well! Nicely done! Thanks!
