Well it's officially happened.

I am now bored with my car, and will be looking for the next 5-6 months for a replacement. I knew this was eventually coming and September ending year number 2 with my 05 C230 i'm ready for a change.

I wish this thing had more power... I have mastered it's handling limits, but I feel like a snail on the road. When i bought the car i knew it was slow, but i expected a good aftermarket support on it, especially since it was Supercharged.. Boy was i wrong.

 

Everytime I see a convertible GT Mustang I wish I had one, hmm, maybe the new GT500 convertible.

 

it has to happen sooner or later. I think I'll go for the base Porsche Cayman for my next car and keep the C320 as a daily driver.

 

time to add more mods....im gettin bored of my cf lip.. need a new MOD!!
1 mod makes u happy for 2-4 months.. until the next..

 

At least you arent bored of the style of the car maybe trade up for a c350... and mod that thing out! You would already have lots of insight into gettin it to run faster

thats why I bought a C32 my next car would be on of this "CLS 55, E63, SLK55 or the 63 maybe the CLK63 or the C63 ... I will wait till 2008 to get one.

 

wat are you planning on getting next? is350 maybe? 335ci?

 

testdrive a G35 coupe. I have a sedan right now (rental) and the interior is ****, it handles like a boat, but the power train is HELLA fun. I can imagine the coupe with some mods and a 6spd would be a pretty fun car to tool around in.

I'm probably getting an F430 or a Gallardo for my next vehicle. Just have to survive 5 more years of living poor!

 

definitely test drive the new 330i even if you hate the look of it.

 

aha join the club. I am DYING to get my 6 vert, I just need to get my own business started first I am 26 yrs old and I cannot just be throwing money down the toilet w/out financial security to back it up. Plus 6 series aftermarket stuff is hella 'spensive

 

when its time for me to get a new car it would be a boxter s ot corvett coupe or M3 or the NEW c63(amg) and maybe i would get the Skyline

buti still love my coupe

 

soon as I get my masters I'm going to save every dime I can and I'm going to be keeping my C as a daily driver so that I can do something that I've been dreaming about as long as I can remember but never really believed could happen- buy a supercar! Heck, I had never even seen one in person until I was 20! If all goes according to plan, it'll happen when I'm 27.

thats gonna happen within the next 4 years.

 

I think that's part of the allure of leasing. Those who get bored early can get a new car every 2-3 years...and most places pay off the end of your lease when you re-lease. If you could mod a leased car I'd be all over leases.

i'm having way too much fun with this G35 rental. interior and handling suck, but powertrain is really fun.

just think abuot it this way. he may win the race but at the end of the day hes going home in a vw and your going home in a benz. i'm not hating or looking down upon other cars or anything i'm sure the jetta (or other similar car) owner could have gotten a benz but i'd take the comforts over speed. what i'm doing rite now is enjoying my car and building up my integra for speed. good luck with your decision

Well, i've been looking into the 06 330i Sedan. But am hesitant to jump on it because the 335 Coupe is on its way, and should be here soon. Then again i dont want to wait more then a couple of months for a new car.

It's really tough these days finding a good daily driver, priced right, with the right amount of power. I would spend $40-45k max.

I was thinking C350 but... the w203 body is almost expired, and we should be seeing a new batch of w204's shortly.

I was thinking of maybe buying a Used M3, but i'd rather lease due to my problem of being bored with cars quickly.

coupe or sedan ... this would be tough even for me. when is the coupe supposed to show up in the US?

but the 330 in black, dark windows and the right wheels looks sick too.
