I turned on the economy AC switch to save some on gas but after that day it won't turned of and my AC does not work. I took my car to the dealer for service and told them about this problem, they said it could be the AC gas issue and they gave me the estimate of $250.00 to fix that. Yesterday I took my car to the normal workshop to get the AC gas filled, the guy checked my AC and said THE AC GAS IS FULL. He couldnt tell where the problem is.

Does anyone had this issue with their car before?

Does anyone know about any good mechanic in Baltimore, MD area that have skills to work on MBz?

I believe if the climate control stays in EC mode and will not get out of it to A/C, the compressor may have issues...

 

happened to me. i had to get a new climate control unit.
