Any C-class owner had used this brakelines product?

I am just wondering if anyone here had used/is using this brakelines product (from 4mymercedes). Any comments?

The reason why I am interested with this is because it says that it doesnt expand which is good for my dad's C-class application in Asia. My dad's c-class is just being kept most of the time (4years only has less than 4800km or 3000miles). So, the brakelines are usually expanded due to the climate and make the brake disfunction, this is when using OEM parts. For that reason then I wanna try this product and before purchasing it, I would like to hear any comments/suggestions from members here.

Thanks in advance.

The brake fluid does not touch stainless steel, but rather teflon, the braid only keeps the teflon from bursting, and protects it from exterior trauma. These are very good for racing, the extra protection and the heat resistance of teflon are good qualties for a car that is running for a few hours, under extreme conditions.

I drive a car in Asia, I use it like your dad, only 5Km in a year and a half. No brake problems, but the wheels do get stuck making it hard to inspect the brakes.

If the brake lines are swelling, it might be because the brake fluid has absorbed too much water, or the wrong type of fluid was used. The fluid must be changed every two years, regardless of distance travelled. Mercedes Benz uses a special viscosity fluid. Standard brake fluids, even racing blue or gold are not suitable for the tiny passages in the braking system. ATE does make a fluid now that is suitable for antilock brakes, but Mercedes has not approved it yet. Please get your brake fluid from the authorized agent in your Dads country.

Moviela: Thanks for the reply and info. My dad's C-class always been taking care by MB dealership and using MB OEM parts. If he can't find any parts in his country then I will be the one who find them for him here in US

So, it's weird then cos the C always has MB brake fluid from the dealer and always be brought to service according to the odometer. Anyway, really appreciate your feedback.
