Looks nice, but it would look much cleaner if you took off the decals on the tail light and quarter panels.

How did you rewire the tails to the '05 looks? Was it by the dealer?

yeah i might take the ones off the tails, but i need the ones on the quarter panels. there as a big scrape and i DIY painted it but it still looks like ****. its better than when i used to have one of those yellow support our troops ribbons there.

nope, you just reveal some wire from the running light and some from the rear fogs and tape it together. the whole bottom row will light up now like the 05s, opposed to just the corner lighting up. you will lose the use of your rear fog though.

Heres a few night pics of the Xenons and HID Fogs.
The Bi-Xenons have 8000K bulbs
The Fog Lights have a Mcculloch 12000K Kit.

That sucks about the scrape... sorry to hear that.

I think that the scrape might not be as eye catching as the white decals... your car looks really nice and those decals really dont do the car justice.

same for both side. the set i'm selling off my car I've already done it. the rear fog won't work however.

yea this guy is selling custom german plates crazy cheap
his ebay id is grtpl8s_com.
he does custom plates for $40 with the bracket, shipped from germany.
it only took 3 days too!

$40 is expensive man. check out www.europeanplates.com $27 or $29 shipped. like $5 bucks extra for the bracket which you don't really need. you can customize standard 9 characters which the Europlate's only suppose to have 9 characters.

looks good man, btw i'd prefer euro impact strips rather than what you have right now. It gives cleaner look. Btw you should take pictures of the whole car.

I still have it but my friend got Black W203 and he is going to take a look at it and match the colour on his car (local) this wednesday. If he doesnt like it and it falls through then it will be up for sale.

it's the same. the wires are identical on both side. just cut and leave off the wire for the fogs. it doesn't throw any msgs.

i went to a garage that specxializes in mercedes and they wanted $450.

would you mind resizing down the size a little bit? 800x600 pixels would be great. Btw, $250 is too much! I got it done for US$180 in canada(CAD$200). I dont know if the labour there is more expensive. Usually shops in here quoted for CAD$250.

looks great...
just a few things that i did to make the tail lights look better....
get chrome bulbs that reflect amber for inside the taillights.
this eliminates the egg yoke look. also,
the light intensity for the inner bulbs are brighter than the outer ones
when the taillights are on. i replaced the bulbs for a more even look.

yeah i just switched them around today so the brighter bulb is on the outside.
