Wheel fit

I have a 2006 C230 Sport Silver. I'm looking at 19x8.5 with 225/35/19 on the front and 19.9.5 with 235/35/19 for the rear. I know the lugs are 5-112mm. I have a tire shop that backs up to my business that can order whatever I want for cost but I need to know if there is anything else I need to tell my buddy before I buy something...offset and what not.
Can anyone help me out with this?
Please excuse me it was a typo, but 235 rear on 9.5? I'm running on 265/30/19 on 9.5 rear

19x8.5 225/35/19 Front 19x9.5 245/35/19 rear. The lip on the rears look sick. The clearance around the front calipers is tight. The supplier for these wheels brought out a few different wheels. We took off the front right tire and I was able to see the variety of wheels (without tires) actually on the car before I made my decision. I wanted to go with black but the polished goes very well with my brillant silver. CL grill should be here later this week. I'll post some pics of the car later on.

About how much would lowering run me? Any suggestions for the drop? Also, anyone know of any good tint shops in SoCal?

springs are cheap, give you about 1-1.5" drop
coilovers are the best. they let you adjust your perfect ride height.
i bought my coilovers for $750 and had them installed for $300
it rubbed in the rear, so i just made the ride height a little higher. cant do that with springs
this is the mono S in 20" on the new w221. look perfectly well...perfect with 3 rivets.
