ohh and am also thinking of the new M5
I don't think you should sell it because you have one of the nicest sedans I have seen But 21K seems like a damn good offer, as I would say it is worth ~12-15K in stock form.

Do the math bro. Figure $12-15k private sale price, plus whatever prices you think you can get for all the mods if you part out, less any costs associated with going back to stock. My guess is you might come out slightly ahead by parting out, but for the time/effort it will take to put your car back to stock and deal with selling all the parts, you might rather just sell the car as is and move on. It really comes down to how much of a rush you're in and how valuable your time is.

dibs on the kw? HAHAH

but seriously mike, if you sell it you would get far less than what you have put in. with only 64k miles, I would enjoy another 30-40k miles out of it before making the decision to sell that thing.

am serious about kw if you parting...

I be inclined to take the 21K and throw it at an E63. It is rare that you ever get back a dime on performance or comfort mods on a car, so you are getting a nice return on the cost of your mods. Just yesterday I tracked an E63 (no race trim, just helmets and suits) and that car was so comfortable, I could have held 125 mph for hours. The M5 on the other hand is like a Russian Rocket. Fast but not so nimble, and a bit crude.

You have a great ride now, but I can understand the itch to get something new.

The smoked tail-lights look sick with your paint job. That's custom right? how much did that run you?
