DITTO FOR ME !!
17 is fine 18 at the very very most but I have 17's and the ride is much more firm (which I don't want)....ride comfort went down significantly. My Honda Civic on 14's rides smoother than the MB now.

You live in Houston?
And you are thinking about 19's on a daily driver?
I hate to say this, but fogedaboudit!
If this wasn't your daily driver, I'd say OK but be careful.
But I've lived in Houston and now live in Dallas -- with the construction, potholes, country roads that abound surrounding Houston, be happy with 17 inchers and spend money on good rubber and some engine and suspension upgrades. You will eventually bend a wheel or two. Besides, the degradation in ride.
Also, think of the extra money you are spending on 19 inch tires that could go elsewhere on the car.
Spend wisely, 19 inch wheels/tires are not the wise/smart way to spend your money.
