You would void the warrenty on the headlights. Everything else will be covered as long as the retrofitted headlights didn't cause the breakage.
In other words, the dealer can't possibly void the warrenty on the drivetrain just because you changed the headlights. One does not have an effect on the other.
Same thing applies to springs, pulleys, stereos, speakers, etc..... The dealer has to prove that the modification or misuse caused the failure in order to deny coverage.

Well that sucks, I'm no expert but couldnt they say the warranty on the electrical system is voided because of them. I dunno, I would really like to have em but I'm not sure if its worth the risk.
