Kleemann M271 Header Finally Installed!

Kleemann M271 Header Finally Installed!
Today I had the Kleemann header, highflow cat w/downpipe installed. 
Is my computer supposed to learn anything new since the header was installed. If so how long before it learns, whatever it has to learn. The reason I am asking is because my header was chrome in color,from Kleemann,but after a long, but not so long day of driving it (60miles) I wanted to look under the hood to see how beautiful the engine now looks and I noticed the header was copper in color? Just a reminder I also have the Kleemann boost kit with the ECU piggy back. (I felt so much more of a differnce with just the boost kit) As far as perfromance its hard to say. It actually feels like I lost some torque. I am just hoping that the ecu has to reprogram it self and them maybe I will feel the torque again. I used to have alot of torque in 3rd when I would put it in step tronic, know the toqrue is still ther but it seesm like 2nd has more and every gear is better above 3000-4000 even 5000rpms.
I am going to have it dynoed, but unfortantly I cant have a before header dyno. Not sure when but I willpost the results.
