Hi Guys:

I am looking for the fill hole on my AT.

On the 2002 c240 I know its right beside the engine dipstick but kinda lower (you need to take the cover off)

On the 1999 c280 its in the back pretty high. (easily accessible - no cover removal nessasary).

On this one (06 c230) cant find it! anyoen have any idea?

Don't you fill lit through the transmission dipstick tube....the yellow handle in the upper left/middle side of the engine as you face it? Or is that the motor oil dipstick tube? Just guessing.

thanks, but im pretty sure thats the engine oil dipstick. well at least i hope it is!! i put engine oil in there on an oil change before!

im thinking now that its probably sealed no fill tube. just a thought. makes sense tho.

i was googled it and i acutally leared that some transmissions have what they call a control transmission hole where its level at that hole. i think this is what the c230 06 tranny has.

i will probably jack it up and look underneath and post my findings.
