I don't have water marks inside my BIX's, but my passenger side clear-side signal markers builds up condensation inside everytime it's very humid or when it rains. I made an appt to have them replaced, seeing how I highly doubt they can fix this leak.

If you still have your warranty I'd get the stealership to do it; messing with the interior of your BIX's will probably cause more issues. (Accidental fingerprint marks, etc)
