Farewell W203 Magnifique!! Pics inside..
I just went today to pick up my license plate(since im getting a car today =p) and saw the car and took some pics with cell phone..
I just got a phone call from a friend of the guy who bought my car, he said the insurance company still going to pursue my insurance company.. WTF. I wasnt driving, wasnt there, signed the ownership, eventhough it was my license plate. Its the same thing like he was borrowing or test driving a car. This is actually better because he already got the insurance that has the car inside the day before the accident. But thats fine, if it happens, i will sue the heck out of it. Wish me luck guys!
Anyways, here are some pics of the damages..

was the car rear ended too or just hit from the side cuz it looks it was rear ended pretty good Lol i got rear ended too with 35mph my car looks like sh*t after they fixed it the paint looks like sh*T the whole car looks diff Lol

wtf...u already signed off the car to him and he wants to use your insurance to claim it?
looks like it's hit from the side and then rear bumper popped out and broke the tailight based on the curtain airbag is out. OR more like it spun out and hit something.

so here is the story, the buyer whos happened to be my friend's friend paid, i signed the ownership but when we are about to take it to the ministry of transportation to get it done legally, they were closed. And i said the buyer to wait another day but he didnt want it because he lived 1 hour away from toronto and doesnt have a transportation. So i said ok, wheres ur insurance? He showed it to me and then i said ok, take the license plate off and u can drive it. Then he and 4 of his friends forced me to lend it to him. So ok since i see hes got his insurance shouldnt be a problem. Then 2 hours after the accident happened. And now his insurance still doesnt accept his application, because the ownership wasnt under his name. And now his insurance is trying to pursue for my insurance, what do you guys think?
The accident happens when he was about to make a left turn on a green traffic light. He thought the street was clear then he proceeded. Suddenly a mazda protege coming fast and just hit the car..

sh*tty story. the guy sounds like he wanted the car, wrecked it, and now wants no ties with it. hella shady. Well if either of the "owners" are interested in parting it out, please be sure and let us know. We're all vultures around here lookin for parts. haha.

Sorry to hear that story SEXSPHERE. I've been so busy, I didn't even realize you got into an accident.
From the sounds of it, the guy who purchased from you is 100% liable in the accident. Well, at least in California he would be. Anytime you are making a change of direction (i.e. left or right turn) and you are hit by someone going straight on the opposite side of traffic, 99% of the time it will be 100% fault to the person turning. There are certain cases where witnesses can sway the insurance to do a 50/50, but I've been in a situation like this (where 2 cars ran the red) and the cars hit me (all my fault). That was 12 years ago, so I was only driving for 1 year. No lawyers would take the case.
Well, hope you don't get hit with a claim. What is your next car?

Thx for the supports and suggestions guys! Appreciate it.. Yea the buyer already completed payment and i signed the ownership but we havent taken it to the ministry of transportation to get it transferred legally because they were closed.. Yea definitely if his insurance gonna claim through mine i will sue the heck out of it. Doesnt matter how much money im gonna spend just as long as i win.. Im sure im gonna win because this case is the same if you were borrowing your friend's car.. If you crash it then you are the one whos responsible, if you dont have insurance then you have to pay for the whole thing or go to jail. What do you guys think?

Sorry about the accident but anyway if you are willing to part any parts let me know, it does seem to be a total as the airbag deployed.
I know someone totalled his C240 because someone ran a red light.

By the way 2004 Civic is a nice beater, i have a 93 Sol for beater myself!
